I was looking through the blogs I usually read when I saw on The Mysterious Life of the Metropolitan Housewife that she had found a Swirl dress and was going to sell it in her lovely Etsy shop.
Here it is:
Unfortunately, I'm a big dope, so I told myself that I would wait to buy it until the next morning because I've been trying very hard not to spend too much money lately. However, someone else had snapped it up before me :(
*Sigh*
Maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Perhaps there is just some other Swirl out there waiting for me that needs me more. hehehe
What item have you guys most regretted not buying when you had the chance?

ooh no....I am sorry to hear!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat happens to me all of the time when I heart things on etsy, they are snapped up quickly. A few different dresses I really regret not getting in time, but most of the time I finds something else to love quite quickly! Hope you will too!
ReplyDeleteFrivolousFlapper - Thanks! I'm quite disappointed, but hopefully I'll find something even better soon, right ;)
ReplyDeleteLemondrop Marie - You're so right. There's so much good stuff out there, especially on Etsy, that it's not hard to find something else awesome soon. Thanks :)
Oh no! I HATE when that happens! Boooooo! There's not too much I regret not getting at the time luckily. I hope you find your holy grail of dresses soon!!!
ReplyDeleteOh I hate when that happens! I regret a 30s sailor dress that I didn't bid on about a year ago. I still think about it!
ReplyDeleteooh, shame! You'll find something ace soon!
ReplyDeleteOh no! It is such a lovely dress! I hope you find one soon :)
ReplyDeleteTwo weeks ago I found a perfect 50s dress is a local vintage shop, but decided to wait until the next day to get it as I had to go home and feed my cat. The next morning it had gone! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO upset about it. No more dilly dally from me!
ohhhhh I hate that so much! It happens to me all the time! :(
ReplyDeleteUgh! I'm so sorry! I'm sure another one will pop up eventually, probably not the same style but at least another Swirl!
ReplyDeleteThis happens to me a lot, but I figure it means it wasn't meant to be. I have a good feeling you'll find another swirl dress soon.
ReplyDeleteX
I have to say there is nothing that I regret not buying, as I have always found something I loved more, that I could afford after not buying the first thing!
ReplyDeleteThat is definitely a lovely dress, but don't feel bad, honey. When something is meant to be, it will be. I'm sure a gorgeous swirl dress is waiting out there for you with your name on it! :)
ReplyDeleteTons of hugs,
♥ Jessica
