Forties Fun!

I was browsing through Etsy as I do pretty much daily (as I'm sure many of you do ;) ), looking for new vintage pieces that have been posted in my favorite shops, finding new favorites, etc. and today I came across some really fun items, that I wanted to share!

My favorite by far was this, play food from the 40s/50s era! So cute isn't it? I used to love to playing with the fake food when I was little.

And look at this 40's dollhouse furniture! Makes me wish I had an excuse for playing with toys ;)

Hope you guys enjoy my little finds! Have a lovely Thursday!!!

  6. oo I love old toys-- I usually buy old stuffed animals at estate sales (the Velveteen Rabbit children's story clearly had an affect on me).

That play food is great, one of my favorite games as a kid was 'grocery store'.
