So, I have recently realized that one of the style details I'm drawn to more than anything is eyelet, I just love it. There's something so fun about it, and it just adds that extra level of cuteness to so many lovely items. Eyelet is becoming pretty popular in recent fashion, but I love it far more with vintage pieces. So here's a lovely little collage of eyelet items I spotted on

And I am so excited because I bought my first vintage dress earlier this morning. I've bought vintage shoes and jewelry before, but never a dress as of yet, so I'm so so thrilled. I love the dress so much, and it relates well to this post because it features lovely eyelet detailing.

I adore eyelet too! I'm on the perpetual hunt for the "perfect" heavy cotton white cotton eyelet skirt (and/or summer dress).

Those are lovely eyelet pics! I cannot resist plaid. I just LOVE it. Especially tartan. I have always liked it and can't wait for fall every year so I can wear lots.
